The double room the staff changed me into was very decent. Relatively spacious, nice air-conditioning to keep the room warm. Faced a quiet street. The bed was firm so fit my preference. Breakfast was decent. And staff was extremely friendly. Everyday after a long trip I returned to my room and saw they had put everything in order, it just made me so happy 😊

Very comfortable travel experience. The reception staff of the hotel are very warm and patient. There are people reception 24 hours a day. You only need to store the keys when you go out, which is very reassuring. The room size is a bit small, but the facilities are basically there, except that there is no quilt provided, which is a bit surprising, but blankets are provided. The room is cleaned every day, so the room and bathroom are very clean every day. The wind speed of the hair dryer is a little small, but the temperature is good, and the hot water in the shower room is also very comfortable, which can wash away the fatigue of the day. The hotel provides free breakfast, which is delicious, especially the bread, ham and cheese and hot milk, so delicious！

The stuff was very kind. It was very nice that day prepared us breakfast packeges because we had to leave pretty earlier in the morning. We have to thank you for the fresh and delicious croissant and coffee and sandwich etc. It's a plus that they have a vending machine for coffee, delicious coffee. The location was good. WIFI was excellent.

The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was typical for Europe, but tasty. Wi-Fi was perfect! Checking-in and out was super easy. Grear location, it was easy to reach all historical places by walking. Also, 10 minutes to Bus station( terravision), metro and railway station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for making my time in Rome such a wonderful!

Very helpful and friendly staff, quiet room with TV, wardrobe, table. In every day room was cleaned and I got fresh towels. The breakfast was very good and tasty lot of choice. Good location close to metro and Termini train station. One thing that was missing under the shower was cosmetics shelf in my room. Beyond this my stay was perfect.

Everything was great. The hotel is located not far from the railway station and the subway is quite close. The room was comfortable and quite. The breakfast was good as well.

The staff was very friendly and always there to help. The location was quite good, close to the Colosseum and the other atractions. We had a delayed flight and and we were able to check-in easily after midnight. The air conditioner was the best part because it was very hot outside in June.
